We build detached and attached, from the slab and the framing through to the doors. Siding and roofline follow the house, so the building belongs on the property.

Old windows are what make a foothill house cold in January and hot in July. We replace windows and doors throughout El Dorado County, retrofit or full frame, and we handle the flashing and the trim so the wall is weather tight when we leave. Entry doors, patio doors and sliders are all part of the same job.

Siding is what stands between the weather and the framing of your house, and in the foothills it takes a beating. We are a James Hardie Pro certified installer, so we fit fiber cement siding and trim the way the manufacturer means it to be fitted. Full re-sides, single walls and repairs are all work we take.
